USE:

Shake well before use. To squeeze the foam, hold the vial vertically, pointing downwards; rest the tip of the bottle on the open palm and press until the required amount of foam settles on the palm. There should be a ball of foam about the size of a walnut. Massage the foam evenly into the feet, paying particular attention to the heels and foot pads. Can be used morning and/or evening or as often as you like. Be sure to use at least once a day. For economical use of the product, it is recommended to keep the bottle with the tip down after use. The foam absorbs instantly into the skin, so you can get back to your normal activities!
